How We Work
The Process
We Discuss Your Vision.
First, we will schedule a meeting to discuss your event’s needs and details. I want to know who you are and what you want from your experience. We discuss possible venues, the perfect time of day to host your wedding, desired wedding colors, floral details, and catering options. This meeting will help you decide what services you wish to hire me for. It will also help me create a vision of your event and allow me to start working on your proposal.
The Proposal.
Next, if you wish to hire me for “Production & Design,” I’ll present you with a mood board for your event and a custom proposal to help you understand the cost of your event. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to develop relationships with creative and talented vendors. I will pair you with the vendors that best fit your dream vision to ensure an incredible outcome!
For “Full Planning” services. I’ll present you with a service proposal based on the event needs, and I’ll handle the selection and the booking of all vendors. The event timeline and floor plan will be designed throughout the planning process. I’ll be by your side through the event journey.
For “Partial Planning” services, I’ll assess your needs, and I’ll offer you a proposal based on the work you request from me. I’ll design your event timeline and coordinate all vendors on the day of your event. I’m sure you’ll already have a group of vendors you love. I’ll be happy to work along their side to create your special day. After all, if you trust them, so will I!
Pricing.
What does wedding planning cost? It all depends on you, some clients like to create their event, and we price it based on their wishes. Other clients come to me with a budget. I always try to work as close as possible to their dream event, while staying within their means.
Pricing is customized based on the scope of work that needs to be done and overall cost of the wedding or event.
The Agreement.
Once you select my services for your special day, I’ll present you with my contract to discuss the agreement and payments. This is when the fun begins!
